Yes, VetraHardware accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
To return an item, please email support@vetrahardware.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
