We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Please also send photos of the item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the product is not defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
If the product is defective, you will not be responsible for the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return your existing item and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and credit the refund.
